About Us

We are driven by a desire to make the great outdoors accessible to everyone. Maybe backpacking and portaging through the open wilderness, cooking your food by campfire, isn't your idea of a great time. We hear you. While we're no strangers to back-country camping, we also appreciate the finer things in life.

Sleeping under the stars should be on every city human's bucket list. But there are so many ways to achieve it. Airstream, yurt, luxury cabin, or converted camper van–what's your glamping style?

To help you ease into nature, Glampfire Shop stocks all of the comforts of home in convenient travel-friendly format.

Glampfire Shop celebrates the best of glamping, beach life, festival style, and road tripping.

About the Founder

I grew up in small towns, spending summers in the backseat of my parents' 80s station wagon, our pop-up camper trailing behind.

Some of my best memories happened at picnic tables in the forest, or on a tiny foam mattress next to my sister, just canvas separating us from the stars, crickets lulling us to sleep.

As an adult, I threw myself head first into "roughing it"—canoeing every summer into the unknown and camping on tiny islands. We wouldn't touch technology. I loved connecting with people over board games and campfire stories.

Three years ago, I returned to my childhood roots and bought a vintage travel trailer, rediscovering my love of the open road. While I'll happily sleep on the ground any day, there are merits to having a solid roof overhead, especially when it's 2AM in a thunderstorm in Georgia and all of the campgrounds are sold out (yes, that happened).

I opened this store to bring my love of outdoor living and road life to camping newbies and the nature squeamish.

Today, I live with my dog in a small town, waiting for my next adventure and scouring Craigslist for my next vessel.
